📚 Course Description

This INFS348 course examines how artificial intelligence and machine learning drive modern business analytics. Students learn foundational and advanced concepts—from data transformation and model evaluation to deep learning and the use of large language models—while addressing ethical and strategic considerations. Through real-world use cases and hands-on labs, the course emphasizes the integration of AI into decision-making and strategic objectives. Learners develop both technical and managerial perspectives on AI and analytics.
