Abstract
The rapid integration of LLMs into online shopping platforms has transformed how consumers purchase products. Unlike traditional digital nudges, LLM-based conversational assistants introduce a new form of interactive AI nudging that fundamentally reshapes consumer experiences. This study aims to unveil the impact of LLM-based AI nudges on purchase decision-making.
