My name is Yuxiao (ι¨ζ½) Luo (η½), I usually go by Rain. I am an Assistant Professor in the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. My research interests include GenAI, digital nudging, cybersecurity, CSR/sustainability, and business ethics. I teach undergraduate courses, such as Intro to AI, Intro to Buisness and Spreadsheet. I serve on the Executive Board for New England Chapter of Association for Information Systems (NEAIS).

I’m currently doing research in GenAI, Cybersecurity, AI nudging, and CSR/Sustainability. I employ both quantitative (e.g., causal inference, SEM, PLS) and machine learning/AI methods as well as experimental approach in my studies.
My research has been presented in major academic conferences and organizations such as INFORMS, AMCIS, and AoM. I have received multiple grants and awards. I’m serving as reviewers for multiple peer-reviewed IS conferences and journals, such as Communications of the Association for Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, ICIS, AMCIS, etc.
